Refunds

Damaged/Incorrect items (Shop)

Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund, subject to investigation.

Event changes & force majeure

If darshan/seva/temple access changes due to temple administration decisions, government orders, weather, or events beyond our control, we will attempt to reschedule or offer a reasonable remedy per partner policies.

How to request a refund

  1. Go to your order/booking → “Help & Support” → “Request Refund” preferred
  2. Or email: support@bodh.app with order ID, reason, and evidence (if any).
