Refund & Cancellation Policy

Scope
- Digital services: itinerary generation, festival alerts, temple guides.
- Bookings: guides, stays, and transport facilitated via our partners.
- Physical goods: BODH Shop items (prasad, puja essentials, souvenirs).
Cancellations

Refunds
- Processing time: 5–7 business days to original payment method after approval (gateway/issuer dependent).
- Partial refunds: If part of a package is used, we refund the unused eligible portion minus applicable fees.
- Non-refundable: no-show, late cancellation, perishable/consumable prasad, personalized or hygiene-sensitive items (if seal broken), services already rendered.
Damaged/Incorrect items (Shop)
Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund, subject to investigation.
Event changes & force majeure
If darshan/seva/temple access changes due to temple administration decisions, government orders, weather, or events beyond our control, we will attempt to reschedule or offer a reasonable remedy per partner policies.
How to request a refund
- Go to your order/booking → “Help & Support” → “Request Refund” preferred
- Or email: support@bodh.app with order ID, reason, and evidence (if any).
