Acceptance

By accessing or using BODH’s website, apps, and services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Accounts

• Provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy breaches or unlawful use.

Use of Services

• Use Services only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with or misuse the platform.
• Respect local customs, temple rules, and authorities during travel and rituals.
• We may change or discontinue features without notice.

Bookings and Shop

• When you book or purchase, you enter into a contract with the relevant partner/vendor as displayed at checkout. BODH facilitates the transaction.
• Prices, availability, and policies are shown in-app and may change.
• Refunds/cancellations follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Payments

Payments are processed via secure gateways. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for orders and applicable taxes/fees.

Content

• Your submissions (reviews, photos) must be lawful, non-infringing, and respectful. You grant BODH a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute such content to operate and promote the Services.
• All BODH content, trademarks, and software are owned by BODH or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the accuracy of third-party information (including temple timings or partner availability). Always verify critical details locally.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BODH will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold BODH, its directors, employees, and partners harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at (update city/jurisdiction) shall have exclusive jurisdiction. We may offer amicable resolution/mediation before formal proceedings.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
