Request Account Deletion

We’ll verify your request and permanently delete your account after confirmation.

We verify for your safety

We may ask for identity confirmation to prevent unauthorized deletion. Use the same email/phone you used to sign in.

Response time

Typical response time: 24–72 hours (business days).

Before you delete

  • This action is irreversible once processed.
  • Your subscription benefits may stop immediately after deletion.
  • Some records (billing/security) may be retained only if legally required.
  • If you installed via Google/Apple, store purchase history remains with the store.

Deletion Request Form

This form opens your mail app and drafts an email to support@bodhapp.in. Attach screenshots if needed.

Use the same number linked/verified in BODH (if any).

Confirmations

Tip

If you only want to stop notifications or location access, you can change it from your phone settings without deleting the account.

What happens next?

  1. We receive your email request.
  2. We may ask you to confirm ownership (for safety).
  3. After confirmation, we permanently delete your account.
  4. You’ll receive a final confirmation email.

Important warnings

  • Deletion cannot be undone.
  • Saved darshan lists, itineraries, and favorites may be removed.
  • Any active subscription access may stop after deletion.
  • Legal/security logs may be retained if required by law.
