Overview
BODH (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a devotion-first platform for discovering temples, parikrama routes, sacred places (ghats, kunds, vans), events, festivals, and AI-assisted itinerary planning. By using BODH, you agree to these Terms.
1) Eligibility & Account
- You must provide accurate information while creating and using your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.
2) Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you must not:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass security.
- Scrape or copy data at scale without written permission.
- Upload, share, or promote harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
3) Content & Accuracy
BODH content may be sourced from partners, community inputs, public references, and internal research. Timings, routes, schedules, and availability can change. Always verify on-site or via official sources. BODH is not responsible for third-party changes, closures, crowd conditions, weather disruptions, or travel interruptions.
4) Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
Some features may be paid (subscriptions, premium access, itinerary purchases). Prices and benefits are shown at checkout. Payments may be processed by Google Play, Apple App Store, or a payment gateway depending on the platform. Refunds, if any, are handled according to the applicable store/payment provider policy and BODH’s Refund Policy.
5) Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, UI, and original content are owned by or licensed to BODH Intelligence Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
6) Third-Party Services
BODH may link to or integrate third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies. BODH is not responsible for third-party content or actions.
7) Account Suspension / Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or misused the service. You may request account deletion at any time via the Delete Account page.
8) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BODH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. BODH provides guidance/information; you remain responsible for your travel decisions.
9) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
